Brief Description:

Sometimes it amazes me how long it takes to accomplish small tasks. All I did today was finish installing the aileron bearing blocks. I started by sanding last night's extra bid layup on the inboard rib. This fix worked very well, so I was able to get a very flat mounting surface for the inboard bearing block. That experience will help for the next wing, and any other surface that will ultimately be used for mounting a metal part.
What took so long today was setting rivets very close to the shear web. But after setting the inboard and outboard blocks, locating the middle bolck was easy. Now I can begin fitting the upper aileron skin. But that can only happen after I get the upper trailing edge straight with the angle iron support. Hopefully tomorrow.
