After work today I prepared all wing ribs for installation. This consisted mainly of removing 1/4 inch of the inner core from the ribs along their edge. To do this, I use my router table, with a 3/16 inch slotting bit. After that, I removed all remaining traces of paper templates and peel ply, then began sanding all surfaces in preparation for bonding. I'm having a bit of trouble with the camera, so can't post pix tonight, but will do so asap.
