I spent a lot of time today carefully sanding the new filler installed yesterday on the hstab. It helped greatly to have the servo installed, for I could make sure that the end result left no extra gap to fill with the trim tab gap filler. The photos below show first the new filler in relation to the trim tab at the full tab down position, with just enough gap to allow for some final finishing. The next two photos show the gap filller barely mocked up in the full tab up position. I've got other committments this weekend, so it may be next week before much more progress.
