Brief Description: Fuselage & wing stub aligned in factory jig.
Once the factory certified fixed jig was available, the stub wing was placed into it, aligned and leveled. When it was secure in the jig, the fuselage was lifted into position over the stub wing and aligned. The joggles were trimmed and sanded IAW the manual. This required lifting the fuselage off several times before a proper fit was achieved. When all trimming was done and the fuselage and stub wing were aligned, cleco holes were drilled all along the leading and trailing edges of the stub wing and into the fuselage.
