Working from the leading edge to the trailing edge, we laid the top wing skin down and aligned it to the cleco holes on the bottom wing. Once the skin was on and cledoed in place, Kathryn hopped up on the wing (right wing shown in the photo below) and carefully walked down the wing spars to settle the Hysol and get a proper bond. Square tubes were laid down over the wing spars and shot bags added over the bonding surfaces. Duct tape was used to get a uniform bond on the leading edge and angle iron was clamped to the outboard trailing edge for the same reason. The wings were allowed to cure for several days.
