Hysol was used to bond the canopy skin to the stiffener and plexiglass. The skin had to be cut into 3 peices to get a good fit all the way around the canopy. Long screws with large area washers, tape and shot bags were used to hold the skin against the stiffener during bonding. It was generally straight forward except that the hysol started to kick off as we were clamping the skin in place. As a result, the bond was probably a little thicker than we would have liked. The assembly was left overnight to cure.

Aft canopy skin pieces bonded and held by screws, tape & shot bags.
