Installed flaps and ailerons
1. Installed flaps and ailerons, secured to wing hinges 2. Filed hinge pins to a point to ease the insertion process 3. The hinge pin ends are turned at a 90 degree angle, holes are drilled in to wing skin and safety wire is inserted and wrapped from the inside surface. You can see the safety wire from underneath the wing. Remember to add that to pre-flight checklist. 4. Installed stick according to instructions. Tough job! 5. Attached control surfaces to corresponding cockpit controls, Stick and Flap Handle 6. Per instructions adjusted the aileron and flap throws to nuetral and full deflection
