Greg brought a hand pump to the hangar and we charged the left brake system from the nipple on the caliper pushing up through the parking brake to the T that connects to the master reservoir. There was a lot of back pressure which seemed to be relieved when I moved the left pilot brake cyclinder. Also the parking brake cable needs to be adjusted. I suspect it is locked when fully pushed in; suspect it goes to open when pulled out 1/2 way and the handle is vertical. Plan to do the right side today.
