Back from the cruise this week and continued fitting the cowling. There initially was a mismatch where the cooling inlets met the top and bottom cowling, but we sanded it out The process was to do initial fitting, drill back holes and cleco'd the top cowling in place, check fitting, repeat.
Drilled initially with #30 bit, then #20. Final drill will be for #11 for cam lock fittings.
