Brief Description: Fuel Delivery System - Continued Fabrication
Spent a lot of hours completing the fuel lines from the fuel flow valve to the carb. The lines running through the cabin are 3/8' flare fittings including that running through the firewall. The carb connections are 1/4' hose barb fittings. Mixture in between in that we ended up with 3/8" barb fittings from the firewall 90 degree flare to the gascolator, then 3/8" barb to the fuel pump mounted fuel filter, and then we switch to 1/4" barb. Remaining steps: - obtain 3/8" fuel line and 3/4" firesleeve - replace hoses shown in picture as they are transmission hoses, not sure they will carry fuel - insert fuel pressure gauge in the line between the mechanical fuel pump and the carb.
