Applied two coats of thined polytack the the left elevator frame. Slid the fabric envelope on the elevator and glued with Polytack. Shrank the fabric and fit and glued the ends. Cleaned the fabric with reducer and applied the brush coat of Polybrush. Laid out the areas for the finishing tapes and applied a coat of Polybrush where the tapes go.
