Brief Description: Left horizontal stabilizer, right elevator
Finished applying the finishing tapes on the left horizontal stabilizer. Applied the second coat of Polybrush over the tapes. Coated the right elevator frame with Polytack. Slid the fabric envelope on the elevator frame and began gluing it with Polytack.
