Today, I remade the upper right wing root fairing. Then, I removed the ailerons and flaps to prepare for a rear wing spar repair and to remove the wings. My friend, David Dormier, came up to help me inventory what I needed to order for my engine installation. I'll put the order in with ACS tomorrow.
