Today, I went over to Charlie Eubanks and we milled two one inch holes in 1/4 6016 plate stock at a 6.5 degree angle. At home, I cut them out to a 3 inch diameter. Photo one shows the one inch tube and flange in place. Photo two shows the one inch tube where it sticks out of the fuselage. Next, I'll drill holes in the flanges and rivet in place. I intend to use removable inner handles as needed. More details as I get it finished.
