Brief Description: Flight Controls and Fuel System
Today, I planned to finish off the fuel system. I installed the gascolator, including the shrould, and then worked on the flexible line for the quick drain near the low point in the system. This is just forward of where the two lines join. The flexible line has an AM=6 fitting on one side and an AN-4 fitting on the other where it attaches to a flush mount quick drain. I then proceeded to mis cut a piece of fuel line, so will have to wait to complete until a new section arrives from ACS. Then, I turned my attention to the parking brake valve. I mounted it on a piece of large aluminum angle I had laying around.
