Today, I worked to install the final pulley assembly at the mid point in the root rib. In photo 3, you can see the .065 channel called for in my plans. I still need to order/install an upgrade, a piece of anlge on the inside to stiffen the intersection between the bulkhead fnange and the root rib as well as provide additional strength for the eye bolt assembly. Again, I mounted the pulley on the outside of the forward gusset and used a piece of string to map the cable routing. I used a 1/2 step drill to make the holes. I'll need to widen the horizontal one for more clearance, and will likely add a piece of nylon for chaffing. On the others, I'll simply order nylon snap inserts from Aircraft Spruce.
