Today, I removed the lower forward corner wrap on the #2 side of the aircraft. I cleaned, deburred, prep'd and primed and then riveted the outboard shear web and its associated angles. Looking ahead, I made a decision to frame out the optional rear cargo door (interior) and realized I would need some additional FUS 300 channels. So, I grabbed a sheet of .032 and went to my friend Charlies to make the channels. Charlie has an excellent shear, and a better brake than I have. We made up eight additional channels 20 inches long to fit between Station 8 and Bulkhead's A and B.
