Today, I began to attach the shear webs to the tail cone floor. First, I shored up the floor from underneath to get a tight fit between the center shear web angles and the lower tail cone skin. Then, I made a jig from a left over piece of angle, and then set it on top of the existing channel and began match drilling. When complete, I drilled the parts to #30. So far, I only completed one, but the jig will allow me to drill the next three quickly.
