Today, I relocated the pulley channel on the lower skin to the correct position, then began work on the upper skin. I made the channel, complete with extra heavy duty gussets per the plan. When complete, I removed everything, cleaned up, and then made the reinforcement plate for the full size bulkhead that attaches to bulkhead G.
