Today, I used a vise grip sheet metal bending tool to bend the lower flanges of the bulkheads to 97 degrees per the plans. Then, I spent the rest of the afternoon working on the two channels that hold the elevator pulleys between bulkheads F and G. I made the channels per the plans, match drilled into the lower skin, and then worked on the ST 40 straps to hold them in place. I still need to make the upper gussets as well as rivet the at straps in place at bulkhead G.
