Today, I spent the first two hours removing the plastic from the inside of the flap skin. This time, I adopted Charlie Eubanks recommendation and carved it into smaller pieces with my soldering iron, then peeled each one off with my small PVC tube.
This afternoon, I worked to match drill the skin to the framework. Tomorrow, I'll bring the leading edge around and drill to the spar. It looks like it will all line up easily.
