Today I completed fabrication of the new parts for the right wing tip. W-609 and then installed them. I used two blocks of wood to form the piece, and then installed, back drilled to fit. I was much happier with how it fit in the end. In addition, I continued to work on the fiberglass repair of the wing tip, filling seveal areas and sanding.
