Today I worked to match drill the lower holes on the wing tip and then trim everything to fit. When complete, the wingtip was raised at the aft end and didn't match the aileron. The Murphy Aircraft Forum states this is a persistent problem with this wingtip -- specifically the left one. The molds are not quite correct at the factory. So, I will need to cut into and repair the wingtip -- ugh.
