Today was a good day -- I didn't fight the building process or the plans. I basically finish drilled and cleaned/deburred, primed nose ribs, for the next three fuel cell bays. This included drilling 1/2" holes for fuel to move at the bottom of the riibs, air flow at the top, and larger 2" holes for fuel to move freely from cell to cell during the refueling process. I then assembled with proseal, including all the shims etc. I used RV-1631 rivets on the main spar and RR-6403 tank rivets on the rear spar. I will finish the root rib during the next work session.
