Today I finished match drilling holes, then began to disassemble it one rib at a time. I started at the outboard end and removed the main rib, shims, and nose rib. I deburred, cleaned up the edges, scuffed, cleaned and then primed. I also final drilled the holes through each rib/shim/main spar to #11 while disassembling. I was able to complete four of the rib assemblies. This will take a while, approximately 30-45 minutes each. So, in a couple of days -- I'll be finished and ready to install controls.
