Today, I spent some time checking everything and making sure all the wires were labeled correctly. I then installed the VM1000C Engine Monitor. I purchased this from Steinair, used, and the wiring was all cut approximately 18 inches aft of the instrument. There are three DSub connectors stuffed with wires. I removed the shells and made sure all the wires were labeled correctly. Some I will be able to splice, others I will have to replace, especially the thermocouple wires etc.
