Today was part research, ordering, and work. I ordered the new Lord mounts, associated bolts, and my control cables from McFarlane. I was able to use the RV-10 series cables for eveything. Next, I completed the oil cooler mount and added a clamp for the cabin heat box control. My wife helped and we removed the engine mount, as I had two rivet heads that were interfering a flat and flush mating surface between the firewall and the engine mount. We then reinstalled the mount and torqued the metal stop nuts to the appropriate torque. I also installed the remaining cable eye for the control pass through on the firewall. Now that I ordered my control cables, I returned the smaller eye balls to the manufacturer and he's sending me the right size eyeballs. Great customer service.
