Aligned, drilled, and cleco'd the six stringers to the skin. This definitely takes two people to avoid damaging the skin. I found it helpful to drill the first hole for each stringer, then align the assembly with previously drilled holes in the jig so as to not destroy the jig. Please note you have to remove the cleco's prior to removing the parts from the jig.
