Today, I spent two hours finishing off the passenger door latch. I ran the 1/16 inch cable forward to the most forward gusset, and terminated it with a cable bushing, screwed to the gusset. I also used a hard piece of 1/4 inch tube where the cable passed through the center vertical tube. Finally, I used shrink wrap over the cable to somewhat protect it.
Next, I cut out the eight brackets and drilled them for the seat handles per the manual change. I'll install on the pilot seat tomorrow.
