Today, I spent another four hours sanding and filing to get the two outer end caps to fit in the thicker tube. This afternoon, I went to Charlie Eubanks and we machined the two inner end caps to fit the thicker tube. Finally, this evening, I reinstalled the attach tubes with the horns and correct bolts, and then attahed the flap control tube. The bolt in the middle is just a pin and will be removed. Tomorrow, I'll adjust the flaps to the correct position and finish riveting the inner cap in place.
