Today I spent the day cutting the control sticks to size. I took approx 2 1/4 off the top and 2 3/4 off the bottom. I then soldered the connections to the push to talk. I still need to drill and tap the control grips in place with a 4/40 tap. Finally, my wife came out and we powered up. No Smoke, and everything worked as advertised. I do need to put the LC-40 lighting control on a switch to keep several panel lights from powering up with the battery.
