Today, I finished my avionics tray installation including reinforcement. I tried several ways and finally settled on a U shaped bracket that holds it firmly above the instrument panel bracket. I then found all the D-sub connectors etc. As most of my avionics are used, they have wires already hanging loose. I may be able to reuse some, but will likely have to remove most. The large diagram on the wall is from Stein Air. I had them put together a pin out for all my avionics.
