Today, I reworked the rudder cables. I changed the bushings on the rudder end, so they had a better angle to the nicopress sleeve. Then, I worked up front where they attach. I clamped the pedals in place, and then measured the length of the rudder cables and made the nicopress thimble end. I then had to spend quite a bit of time with the dremel tool to open up the front of where the thimbles attached, as the opening was too small and the nicopress thimbles were rubbing on the steel edges.
Finally, I made a bracket to attach the VOR antenna on the upper rudder area. I'll finish it tomorrow.
