Today, in reviewing the plans, I realized I put the gussets on the bottom and not the top. So, I made a duplicate set and installed on the top of the seat frame. Should be extra strong. Then, I worked to solve the upper rear crossbar attach point. The first photo is the bracket installed per the plans. Rather than try to bend the seat frames, I removed the bracket and raised it one set of holes on the bulkhead, then trimmed it shorter. This should be less of a head knocker in the baggage compartment. Finally, I worked to install the donuts (large AL washers) that the seat legs fit into. The seat fits very nice. I still need to add the doublers for the two 3/16 holes in the Station 5 bulkhead that holds the front of the seat frame in place. I've drilled the holes, but will wait until I have the floor out again to make the doublers/install the nut plate.
