Today, I removed the cleco's from the # 5 R-BULK Assembly and re-jigged the entire assembly. I made a plywood template to ensure there was no twist. I then re-drilled the skin to the R-BULK Assembly and it fit like a glove. Because it was malpositioned, I now have a row of #30 holes through the skin 1/2 inch in front of the new Station 5 holes. I will simply add another row of rivets to fill them, unless they conveniently align with the additional bulkhead that gets positioned there later on. I believe they will fall in between. I also began to layout and drill the rivets in the root rib.
