Today, I completed drilling the holes on each side out to #30. I then took each side off, one at a time, and deburred, touched up the primer, and removed the plastic on the outside around the rivet lines. I used a straight edge and soldering iron to cut each strip, then pulled it off. I then reassembled, and riveted each side, except for the rivets the plans said to wait on.
