Today, I removed the plastic from the interior of the aileron skin, fabricated the center hinge cover, and then match drilled the lower skin. The last picture shows the aileron skin cleco'd to the lower rib framework. I lost 30 minutes, because I forgot to mark the centerlines on all the nose ribs. Consequently, I had to uncleco and remove the skin, then put it back on.
