Brief Description:  Wing and Tank Skin Installation

Today, i finished drilling the upper leading edge to #30 and then enlisted the help of my neighbor, Chris and his son Conner, to help turn the wing over.

CAUTION: The wing is really heavy with cleco's on both sides. Make sure to have several strong people to help.

I've been lifting it up, having someone move the 2x4s out of the way, then setting it on the hinge brackets while we reposition our hands. Then finish the flip, and while holding it up, slide the 2x4s back in. It is a three person job.

Then, I finished drilling out all the holes in the trailing edge and leading edge to #30 on the bottom half of the wing. I removed the bottom skin, and spent the next hour starting to debur everything I could reach. More during the next work session.

Next, there are some stiffeners to attach as well as to fit the brackets to seal in the stringers on the top wing section.
