I finished smoothing the edeges and corners of the main ribs. I have been using an air die grinder adna needle file for getting into the sharp corners, but I found a little cheap electric grinder at Harbor freight for seven dollars. It came with probably 50 different grinding tools. My expectations werent high, but it turned out to be the best $7 I ever spent. It does a great job getting into the tight corners that I was using a small needle file to reach. Buy one and you wont regret it cause there are a lot of rounded corners to clean up.
