I spent the whole day prepping parts for assembly. I cleaned all ribs, spars and doubler plate. Smoother all surfaces. Dimpled, deburred and counter-sank everything required. I then primed all parts. While primed parts were drying, I dimpled the skins, ruffed the surface with scotchbrite and primed the inside of the skin. Next, I assembled the rear spar, doubler plate, and hinge brackets. I attached the ribs to the front spar and clecoed the ribs and front spar to the skin.
