Started out working on the inboard rib again. Drilled holes in the inboard rib for the cover plate to bolt to. I drilled the hole int the cover plate for the pickup tube. I then clecoed the stiffener ring to the rib and drilled the holes for the nutplate rivets. I then riveted the the rib, stiffener ring and nutplates together. This pretty well got the inboard rib done. Next, I drilled the the fuel cap flange holes in the skin and fabricated the clip to hold the vent tube. Next, I drilled the holes for mounting the drain flange. Finally, I disassemble the fuel tank and started prepping the ribs and skin for final assembly.
