Worked on the capacitor installation. I match drilled the two capacitor plates to the two inside ribs. Soldered wires that will attatch to the plates. Installed nutplates to the plates. AT this point I sat the capacitor aside and began work on the inboard tank rib. I used a flycutter to cut the large hole in the rib where the cover plate will mount. Of course, the pickup tube mounts to the cover plate. I cleaned up the cover plate and stiffener ring and quit for the day.
