Brief Description:  winding up vetical stabilizer

I spent the whole day preping parts for assembly. I cleaned all ribs, spars and boubler plate. Smoothed all surfaces. Dimpled, deburred, and counter-sunk everything required. I then primed all parts. While all primed parts were drying, I dimpled the skin, ruffed the surface with scochbrite and primed the inside of the skin. Next, I assembled the rear spar, doubler plate, and hinge brackets. I attached the ribs to the front spar and clecoed the ribs and front spar to the skin.
