Brief Description: Priming Fuel tank outside baffle
Today I finished the ER fuel tanks. All sealant is fully cured so I primed the outside sections of the tank where needed to prevent corrosion. I sprayed over some of the tank sealant which Vans said was okay. They are 100% leak free.
Sprayed really thin coat of primer because I do not want to much buildup of primer plus sealant to widen the chord line distance of wing. This will make tank not fit properly. Tolerances are meant to be tight so make sure plan accordingly when sealing rear baffle and priming zee brackets.
Now time to mount to wing and start control surfaces.
