Took a little time to figure this out, I had to make sure table was level and I used 5/8" drill bit to hold bellcrank arms at the distance called out in plans. Drilled first hole installed a cleco. The remainder on holes were simple. Doubled checked after all holes were drilled to make sure both left and right sides have same 5'8" offset. Don't forget to make left a morror of the right.
