Brief Description: Deburring & Dimpling Fuel Tank Skins
I only have the left one pictured here but what a PITA this stept is. I hate deburring and dimpling! Repetition..... but it goes somewhat fast once you get going. I wanted to get this all done so I worked like a dog for 2 days taking my time. Nearly 20 hours total work just on prepping skins
I also scuffed the inside AlClad away for the adhesion of the proseal in locations for ribs and stiffeners.
