I had to do some research on where to mount my fuel return line bung for my EFII system. I purchased the surface mount return line fittings from flyefii.com. They were $35 each and seemed easier to mount these rather than make my own.
I had to make sure the fuel return line was not in to close proximity from the pickup line. As you can see in my location it is on the top of the rib opposite the pickup which is on the bottom. This location will not pose any issue with the wing spar attachment.
I used a small amount of tank sealant and torqued all fitings snugly.
From what the mothership told me today when I called about torque specs--Finger tight and then a 60 degree turn with a wrench is what you are going for.
This took me quite some time to do my research but I know it is done right:-)
