Brief Description: trimming leading edge skin for ER fuel tanks
Today I made the final cuts to exact size on the W1001 OB leading edge skins. The other day I drilled new holes for extra rib to match ER fuel tanks. I made a scribe line with a box cutter. I used tin snips and cut on line. After final size, I used a scotch brite pad and sandpaper to smooth the new edge. As you can see in the pictures it looks like a factory finish:-)
