Time was of the essence today, as my awesome wife Jen skipped school to help me move the bird to the new airport while kiddo was at daycare. The entire move included moving each wing one at a time from LEX to 27K on a flat bed trailer I rented for the day. It was nerve wracking with the traffic and rough roads, with plenty of miles in between. Before the bird left the garage, the little inspector needed to check all the cockpit guages and controls to make sure it was ready. Once again, I passed the Izzy test! After 5 hours and 3 trips, I had the bird tucked away in her new home at 27K and is ready for assembly. :)
