Brief Description:  25hr maintenance begins

The big 25 hr maintenance on the engine has begun. Well, the engine has 28hrs on it, but I was far from home when the ticker said 25 so 28 is close enough.
Here is what has been done today:

1. New oil and new filter
2. Spark plugs cleaned
3. Series 6 plugs installed in the coolest cylinders to help raise CHT's and keep the plugs clean
4. 2 leaking oil squirter lines were removed and re-installed using Great Stuff sealant.
5. 1 sump bolt was leaking. Removed and added teflon thread sealant then re-installed.
6. Oil dipstick was modified to show true FULL marking at 4.5qts per the UL service bulletin.
7. Intake manifold bolts removed in prep for re-positioning the manifold. (Currently not centered)
8. Prop and prop bolts removed (Though threads were damaged in the process and I've sent Sam at Saber an email concerning the damages. No idea why the bolt threads failed)

Next week I will be doing another valve adjustment all around, installing all new fuel filters, raising the engine angle by adding washers on the mount, tapping the extension lugs until new ones arrive, planning out my ECU hack integration for permanent installation, and test flying the new plugs as well as the 62x78 Silver bullet one more time now that the new piston and cylinder have some hours on them. Next week will be eventful :)
